What Our Satisfied Clients Are Saying
Everts Contracting Group will get the job done, period. I’ve personally seen the work they do and their staff in action. When you choose this company to do your work, you will be getting superior outcomes, and superior people with honesty and integrity. Would highly recommend them
Mitch is a breath of fresh air when dealing with a contractor. He is pleasant and knowledgeable. I recommend Mitch and would hire him again. In regards to value, I don't think you can have responsiveness, quality, and best price all in the same equation. For me, I would rather pay a bit more and get a quality job done quickly. Thanks Mitch.
After years of asking around and contacting concrete polishing companies to no avail, Mitch Everts was immediately responsive - came to the house the day I contacted him, gave us a quote that same day. He worked with us to find a scope of work that fit our budget, scheduled the work immediately, and did a top notch professional job. Unlike many in this field, Mitch is an EXCELLENT communicator - very clear and responsive - no funny business. When the job was going to run over, he was clear about the new timeline and paid for our accommodations to cover the extra time away. He also offered to come back for touch ups on our floor and did so THREE times cheerfully and with no charge. They refurbished both our concrete floors and counters - which necessitated both stain removal and new staining as well as the application of sealers. They even did more staining than we had paid for because in Mitch's professional opinion it needed to be done for the finished product to be excellent. He refused to let us pay for the additional staining work. He has also restated several times that both floors and counters are lifetime guarantees for full satisfaction. Mitch and Dave were both happy to answer our many questions and help us make choices along the way on sheen, stain, etc. Would highly recommend Mitch and trust the workmanship of anyone who works for him.
